Why they feel different from the last pair you tried
Most insoles pick a side. Cheap gel inserts are all softness and no structure — they feel great for a week, then flatten. Rigid orthotics are all structure and no give, and a lot of people end up with something hard pressing into their arch.
Solearo is built around a 4D textured comfort layer: hundreds of raised nodes across the footbed that compress independently as you move. Instead of one flat slab of foam taking your weight in one place, pressure spreads across the whole surface, step after step.
That layer sits on a supportive base with a contoured arch and a deep heel cup — so you get cushioning and structure, rather than choosing between them.

What you get
Each Solearo Kit contains one pair of insoles (2 pcs) plus a trim guide.
Most people start with one kit for their main pair of shoes. Most people then wish they'd bought two — one for work, one for everything else — because moving a single pair between shoes every morning gets old fast.
How to fit them
- Take the existing insole out of your shoe.
- Lay it on top of your Solearo insole as a template.
- Trim along the guide lines if needed — most sizes need little or no trimming.
- Slide them in, 4D side up, and wear them as you normally would.
Give your feet a few days to adjust. Some people notice the difference on the first shift; others need a week for it to feel normal.
