Try Solearo in your everyday life for up to 30 days from delivery. Walk in them. Work in them. Stand in them. If they're not right for you, contact us within the guarantee period and we'll help make it right — including a return and refund where eligible under our Refund Policy.
How it works
- Order your Solearo kit. Pick your size and add it to your usual shoes.
- Wear them in your real life — a full shift, a long walk, a travel day. Not just around the house for ten minutes.
- If they're not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what happened.
- We'll take it from there — we'll walk you through the return and process your refund once it's approved.
Why we offer this
Feet vary enormously. Arch height, gait, shoe fit, how many hours you're on them, what surface you're standing on — all of it changes how an insole feels. Anyone who tells you a single product works identically for everybody is selling harder than they should.
