Order your usual shoe size.
Every Solearo kit is trim-to-fit, so you don't need a perfect match — you need a close one. Pick the size band that matches the shoes you'll be wearing them in, then trim if you need to.

Between two sizes?
Take the larger one and trim down. You can always remove material — you can never add it back.
How to trim, step by step
- Pull the existing insole out of the shoe you want to use.
- Lay it face down on top of your Solearo insole, heel to heel, and line up the back edges.
- Trace or note where the toe ends, then cut along the guide line closest to that point.
- Slide the Solearo insole into the shoe, 4D side up, and check the fit.
- Still long? Trim a little more. Small cuts, checked often — that's the whole trick.
A note on shoe fit
Solearo replaces your factory insole rather than stacking on top of it. If your shoes are already tight, adding any insole will make them tighter — that's true of every insole on the market, not just ours. Shoes with a removable insert and a bit of depth give you the best result.
