Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time, and we'll always tell you if we know something is running late.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, that's usually normal — but email us and we'll look into it.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Israel. If you're somewhere else and want Solearo, email us — we'd like to know where the demand is.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong address?
Contact us as fast as you can at hello@solearo.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet we can usually fix it. Once it's with the carrier, our options are limited.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, or the tracking says delivered and it isn't there, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out. You're covered.
